The English

Now we all have our sword thumb in every group of people, but overall... people of English descent tend to be lighter in skin color, more of a cream color rather than pale white, usually a heart shaped face, light brown or fair colored hair, round green or blue eyes, relatively thin and tall or short and plump! I can't make a selection there.
From people who have been to England have said in general, the English can be rather rigid in their way of living... living by the book, unlike Scots. ;] And what would the world be without contrast such as this.

The Welsh

Overall, the average person of Welsh descent tend to have darker features, such as dark hair, olive skin, and relatively dark shades of eye color. Women of Welsh descent are known to have very pretty, delicate singing voices. So I've heard!

The Irish
Now, most people assume your typical Irish friend is the red head with freckles and ghost white skin. But I assure you an Irishman is of darker features, what people like to call 'Black Irish' as to say in a secondary form of the typical Irish features when really this is what the Irish are. It is not rare to have dark or almost black hair contrasting with your fair skin. Infact, it IS rare for an Irishman to have red hair. Like I said, there is that sword thumb in every group but the typical Irish hair color is dark brown not red. Studies at Harvard show that approximately 40% of the Irish have dark brown hair, while under 10% have red hair and
even blondes are more common at about 15% of the Irish population have blonde hair. Their outward appearance generally consists of blue eyes (rarely brown depending on who exactly they descend from), dark hair, striking fair skin with pink undertones, and women are usually about or just under 5'6.

The Scottish
As I was starting to write this section I wasn't even sure where to begin! As I am part Scottish, part of my heart is in Scotland. It's there along with the many men who have come before me, longing to meet with me there. Reading this, whoever you are... if you are of Scottish descent then you understand the pride I have for Scotland's history, the love for her people, and the ache to roam the land where my grandfathers once lived and where heroes were born, where heroes fought, where heroes loved, where heroes still live on today.
As for looks, the Scottish and people of Scottish descent tend to have these following physical features: average/tall in height, usually thin (women; proportionately curvey), light skin, blue eyes, wavy hair, although the Scottish do have blonde and red hair... most have brunette shades.
